At The Strategic Mentor (TSM), we operate under a flexible Hybrid & Remote Mentorship Framework designed to maximize mentor autonomy, operational agility, and direct student impact.
- Remote Execution: Mentors and facilitators deliver 1-on-1 guidance, counselling sessions, and digital progress tracking remotely via video conferencing, phone calls, and encrypted messaging platforms.
- On-Site Engagement: Optional physical meetups, campus workshops, and student orientation events take place across the Dhanbad–Ranchi region (including BIT Sindri, GEC Palamu, and UCET Hazaribagh campuses).
- Flexible Hours: Mentors manage their schedules autonomously, with a baseline commitment of 1–2 hours per week.

All mentors, campus facilitators, and leadership members associated with TSM must strictly adhere to our core standards of integrity and ethics:
- Student-Centric Empathy: Provide honest, unbiased, and constructive guidance tailored to every student's individual aspirations.
- Confidentiality & Data Protection: Respect student privacy and keep academic records, contact numbers, and personal queries strictly confidential.
- Zero Tolerance Harassment Policy: TSM maintains an absolute zero-tolerance policy against any form of discrimination, harassment, misconduct, or exploitation based on gender, region, caste, or background.
👩🏫 3. Dedicated Boy's & Girl's Guidance Safety Framework
To maintain a comfortable and secure environment for all candidates, TSM operates dedicated guidance workflows:
- Female students have direct access to senior girl mentors (Girl's Section) to ensure complete privacy and comfort during 1-on-1 counselling.
- All communication channels are monitored to enforce high professional decorum.

Mentorship at TSM is a voluntary leadership role driven by community impact and personal growth:
- Mentors receive official Certificates of Mentorship & Leadership Recommendations upon completing active term commitments.
- Active mentors are featured on the live TSM Official Platform directory.
